Black Moon (Louis Malle)

one of my all-time favourite film is this extraordinary and strange Alice in Wonderland adaptation.
(i've never met someone who shares this obsession, most people even hate it)

    I wouldn't call Louis Malle an obscure cineast. :-)

    but you cannot deny the oddity and obscurity of this specific movie.

    besides the fact that this film is atypical for malle's style, it is not a movie for the same, wide public as "ascenseur..." and it is well-known that the film became an obscure and under-appreciated artpiece (because of the negative reviews it recieved after the release).
